I've shifted his weight forward a bit and taken some bounce out of his step where it wasn't needed. All of these things affect the legs so once again I'll try to smooth out any pops. In order to correct the leg pops with my rig I have to look at several variables: Upper body translation(xyz), foot translation (xyz), foot roll (x) and hip rotation (xyz). FUN STUFF!
As for the chest/shoulders/head stiffness, I've exaggerated his breathing a bit and I'll be adding some extra shoulder motion and secondary in the head.
